Kaliya is passionate about creating the best possible participant-generated events for emerging and thriving communities. She works with community leaders to to design, produce and facilitate these catalytic events - sometimes called unconferences.
She is widely recognized for her work in the user-centric identity community she is known as Identity Woman. She co-produces and facilitates the Internet Identity Workshops that have been a pivotal events in catalyzing the formation of the ‘identity layer‘ for the internet.

She recently worked with Forum One to facilitate the Online Community Unconference. It got rave reviews.
